Good morning. How was you weekend? Hope you all had a lovely, relaxing time. Did you do anything exciting? I went shopping with my sister & nephews and helped hubby get ready for his fortnightly Sydney business trip. Enjoy your week 🙂
This is something new I’d like to share with you. They are all inspiration from my week. I hope they make you go mmmmm too 🙂 Above are these cute little Red Rumped parrots from my walk around Albert Park Lake yesterday. Aren’t they beautiful!
What I love this week . . .
I got to see one of my food idols, Jamie Oliver, who was in Australia, visiting a couple of his restaurants. He made it to Myer Melbourne for a Mother’s Day cook up.
I love spicy sauces and these hot sauces are on my list to make. I have a few chillies leftover to make at least one 🙂
These Glowing skin Superfood bites are not only good for you they look a bit delish don’t you think!
I have been catching up on The Chef’s Line, on SBS lately. It’s where home cooks compete against professional chefs, cooking a different cuisine every week. I’m hooked! Check it out if you want a binge-worthy weekend of food inspiration!
African week on The Chef’s Line showcased the chef’s from Africola in Adelaide, South Australia. Let me tell you, I was in absolute awe of their food! I wanted to make Piri Piri chicken immediately! This recipe is from the head chef Duncan Welgemoed and it’s awesome!
Did you get to see the show War on Waste on ABC TV last week? It’s a three part series about food wastage in Australia. Watch it now, it will blow your mind, open your eyes and give you an insight how we can all do our little bit to help.
I want these Double chocolate skillet brownies now! They’re gluten free, vegan and allergy free – yumm!
