What I love this week . . .
I got to see one of my food idols, Jamie Oliver, who was in Australia, visiting a couple of his restaurants. He made it to Myer Melbourne for a Mother’s Day cook up.
I love spicy sauces and these hot sauces are on my list to make. I have a few chillies leftover to make at least one 🙂
Or do I make this amazing Chiu Chow sauce? It would go well with my potstickers!

African week on The Chef’s Line showcased the chef’s from Africola in Adelaide, South Australia. Let me tell you, I was in absolute awe of their food! I wanted to make Piri Piri chicken immediately! This recipe is from the head chef Duncan Welgemoed and it’s awesome!
