Thailand – here we come!

Miss Food Fairy and her husband are heading to Thailand for 3 luxurious weeks of sun, fun, food & relaxation tomorrow!

This is our yearly getaway – we haven’t had a holiday since our honeymoon last year!

Looking forward to some amazing food – I may just try my hand at a Thai cooking class while I’m over there! Wish me luck! We’ll also relax our bodies with massages and sitting on the beach having a few Pina Coladas. There’s no mobiles and no computers – heaven!

We’ll be looking forward to eating some amazing, fresh food in some little, off-the-beaten-track restaurants and while walking the street night markets where we’ll try something different. There’s nothing like real Thai food! All the spice and chilli and handmade noodles and the freshest herbs and fruit – oh yeah! I’m excited!
