Foodie heaven!

I am super excited about something amazing happening on SBS next month. For all of my Australian foodie friends, we’re about to have a major, free-to-view foodie experience! Are you ready? Channel 33 (SBS 3)Β is about to become a 24 hour food channel! 7 days a week! Starting from November 17th.

OMG! I think I’m in heaven! Look no further than SBS for offering foodΒ inspiration to all us foodies who don’t have Foxtel. This is something I’ve been dreaming about for as long as I’ve been working from home – now I’ll never get off the couch! Or out of my pyjamas! Or ever leave the house again! (I’m joking, I’ll need to venture out to get ingredients to make the dishes I see!)

I’m so excited to hear about some of the shows that will be aired. There areΒ showsΒ I’ve never heard of, some shows have been on Foxtel for a while but I haven’t had the chance to get to see them and other shows are something I’ve been hanging out to see for as long as I’ve beenΒ follow the chef/cook/TV presenter.

Here’s just a couple of shows to wet your tastebuds – Barefoot Contessa: Back to Basics; Reza: Spice Prince of Vietnam; Bizarre Foods with Andrew Zimmern; Diners, Drive Ins and Dives; Giada at Home and Rachael Ray’s 30 Minute Meals.Β Kitchen Inferno and Beach Eats, hosted by Curtis Stone and Chopped, hosted by Ted AllenΒ are bound to inspire us gastronomically.

These two shows are bound to inspire my innermost food thoughts – Ching’s Restaurant RedemptionΒ hosted byΒ Ching-He Huang and Anthony Bourdain’s No Reservations! I cannot wait, I want these shows to start right now! Which shows are you looking forward to?

As food lovers, we all aspire to cook, present and eatΒ food perfectly for our family and friends, everyday and on special occasions. To be shown many different varieties of food from all over the world, how can we not get inspired everyday!

Thank you to SBS Food for finally answering my our foodie prayers and giving me the inspiration I’ve lacked over the past couple of monthsΒ πŸ˜‰
