Three things that have given me inspiration this past week have been spending Christmas with my loved ones – my husband, sister, brother-in-law & two amazing nephews, who all inspire me to create amazing food to enjoy together; all my cookbooks, cooking shows and everyone’s recipes from all around the world that inspire me on those nights when I can’t think what I’d like to cook for dinner – you’re always there for me; and all the lovely, wonderful friends I’ve made, not only this past week, but over the past year – I’ve nominated you all to thank you for inspiring and motivating me in one way or another.
