Loving //  this beautiful Rhodendrum my sister is growing. The colour is simply stunning!

Eating // Alba white truffles. My husband & I savoured every moment eating these little beauties last night at our 5 course  dinner extravaganza with our friends. Another item checked off my bucket list

Drinking // spelt milk. I’ve never seen it before and I just had to try it. It’s sweet like almond milk but unfortunately, unlike spelt, this milk unfortunately isn’t gluten free.

Feeling // a bit tired after a great dinner with great friends last night, eating caviar, truffles and duck. It was a late night for a school night. Chilling on the couch, with my boy now.

Making // roast pumpkin and couscous salad – recipe coming soon.

Thinking // about going for a walk tomorrow to see more cygnets. Albert Park Lake if full of black swans and their broods – 6 cygnets is a record for the lake!

Dreaming // of last night’s cheese platter. What a way to end such a beautiful evening!

  1. Oh, roast pumpkin! How I love it so! Your salad looks delicious. I’ve got a batch of roast pumpkin, feta and chive muffins in the oven right now and the smell is heavenly. Can’t wait to eat them for lunch tomorrow! Meg:)
